Kids Write 4 Kids Contest

If one of your students is an aspiring young author, the Ripple Foundation’s nationwide, annual Kids Write 4 Kids contest is the perfect opportunity for them to put their creative writing skills to the test for a chance to become published authors. Now in its 11th year, Kids Write 4 Kids—Ripple Foundation’s signature program—gives young writers in grades four to eight the opportunity to put their literary creations in front of a judging panel of accomplished authors, editors, and previous competition winners. The winner(s) becomes a published author, choosing a charity to benefit from book sale proceeds. Entries must be submitted by the author’s teacher, parent, or guardian online at ripplefoundation.ca by March 31, 2023. There is no fee to enter and a maximum word count of 5,000.
