At the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), Apple issues a challenge to students across the globe to create an original app playground using the Swift coding language. Winners are selected from across the world who are recognized for their artistry and ingenuity. Four Canadians were recognized among the 350 winning submissions, representing 38 countries and regions, and incorporating a wide range of tools and technologies.
