Offered by Sexual Exploitation Education, the SEE App (https://seeapp.ca) is a new, free Canadian tool for school staff to use with their students and at-risk youth. With sexual exploitation being an ever-rising youth issue, taking on forms such as sextortion, online predator grooming, sexting pressures and trafficking recruitment, the SEE app facilitates difficult discussions in a confidential and engaging manner. School staff can have their students download the private and confidential app on their personal IOS or Android phones where they can then take quizzes, learn about different youth sexual exploitation issues, and be directly connected with Canada- wide confidential resources. Youth are also able to learn about resiliency strategies around the vulnerability factors of exploitation, and how to set personal goals.
